Terms of Service

Please read carefully, by using our services you accept Reliable Chauffeur's Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with our Terms of Service stated below please do not use our services. Reliable Chauffeur Inc. reserves the right to modify, alter or update these terms of service at any time.




We recommend that our clients reserve a car ahead of time (recommended at least 12 hours before the pick-up time nationally) to be guaranteed a car at the time of pick up. We can also provide you with a car at short notice by phone upon availability.


No Show:

If you do not see your driver at a certain pick up point, do not leave before calling our dispatch office at 800-270-0079 and we will direct you to your chauffeur. If you leave without calling you will be billed the full price of the ride (No Show Fee). If we don’t hear from you, the driver will wait up to 30 minutes for domestic arrivals, and 45 minutes for international arrivals. If you do not get in contact with your driver in the time period stated above, our dispatch office will try calling you on your cell phone, your home phone, or your contact person’s phone, depending on the nature of the pickup. If we do not get a response, we will then release the car and you will be billed for a No Show which will be the full price of the ride (No Show fee) plus any waiting charges. To authorize the driver to wait, call our office to authorize this wait.


Reservation Cancellation:

Reliable Chauffeur requires at least 2 hours of notice (USA & Canada for Sedans and SUVs, for special vehicles like Buses, Sprinters and high-end vehicles like Mercedes and BMW we require at least 48-hour notice) for the cancellation not to be billable. For overseas reservations we require at least 36-hour notice for the cancellation not to be billable for Sedans and SUVs (48 hours or as agreed with local vendor if it's for special vehicles like Sprinters, Buses and high-end vehicles like Mercedes and BMW). If you are cancelling the booking on a shorter notice than the cancellation fee stated above will be charged.


Damages Resulting From Your Act:

Reliable Chauffeur Inc. will charge you the cleaning fee if the vehicle is damaged in any way by your authorized party. You also agree and acknowledge to pay all the related fees and charges to get the vehicle back to its normal working condition. If the vehicle is put out of commission due to damages resulting from your party you will be responsible for compensating Reliable Chauffeur Inc. for lost revenue until the vehicle is returned to service.


Credit Card Transactions:

Reservation will be charged 12-24 hours before the pickup time on the card you provided. For overseas reservations it will be charged up to 48 hours before the pickup time. In case of an event or an hourly booking, minimal amount will be charged and the rest would be charged upon completion once our accounting provides the total price. All our transactions are fully secured and your credit card information in our system is encrypted.



For Reliable Chauffeur corporate clients with established accounts, all charges of the invoice will be considered correct and due upon receipt unless we receive an objection within 15 days from the invoice date. Copies of voucher and discount promotional keys under dispute should be emailed to us and the disputed charges or items should be indicated. All disputes initiated after the allowed time frame period will be considered final and non-refundable.

For individual accounts and personal profiles, all charges applied to customer’s credit card will be considered correct unless we receive an objection within 15 days from the charge date in writing. All disputes initiated after the allowed time frame period will be considered final and non-refundable.


Rates Change:

Reliable Chauffeur Inc. can change the rates and any of the services, charges, costs and expenses at any time without prior notice.


Pricing Errors and Glitches:

While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up to date pricing on our website, our rates presented online are an estimate. Once you book the reservation online, our dispatch office will email you the exact rates for the booking. If you would like to know the exact price, call our office to get a quote or send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible with the information you requested.


Payment Due Date:

For corporate clients with established corporate accounts, all payments should be received no later than 15 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract. Payments not received within the set time frame shall occur interest charges added 36% yearly, 3% monthly.


Wait Time:

Reliable Chauffeur provides 30 minutes of wait time for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights, based on the reported flight arrival time for airport pickups only.

A 15 minutes grace period is granted for all other pickups. Waiting time will be charged at 15-minute increments (at the rate listed below) after the grace period. Wait time and additional charges are subject to taxes, tip and surcharge.

Reliable Chauffeur monitors all commercial domestic and international flights. We are unable to monitor the private flights. If you are flying on a private flight please notify us if there are any delays of changes to your itinerary.

Train stations: Train schedules can’t be monitored accurately, therefore billing begins at the scheduled pick up time.


Wait Time Rates:

Sedan: $1.5 / minute

SUV:  $1.95 / minute
Mercedes S class / BMW: $2.5 / minute
Sprinter: $2.75 / minute

Mini Bus: $3.5 / minute
Coach Bus: $4.5 / minute



Price per stop varies based on the distance and location. Please call or email us regarding the price for the stop.

Courtesy stops such as briefly leaving the vehicle to pick up coffee, newspaper or to mail a letter while not changing the route will be free of charge.

However, if longer stops or multiple stops are made you will be billed stop charges. Picking up additional passengers will also incur stop charges.


Meet and Greet:

Reliable Chauffeur chauffeurs will meet their clients at Baggage Claim/Outside Customs always without any additional charges, unless client requested a curbside pick-up upon booking. Please note that some airports do not allow chauffeurs to enter the airport and go to baggage claim, like Boston and Denver. In these cases, we recommend a curbside pickup. Otherwise, booking a Greeter would be charged $60-$80.



Reliable Chauffeur is not responsible for any damage to the luggage or the contents of the luggage.



All parking fees for airport pickups are included in the price. Parking pass for events can be provided by the customer or by our company with additional charge.



A tip (gratuity) is added to every trip, there is no need to tip anything additional to the drivers unless you would like to.


Baby Seats:

Reliable Chauffeur recommends that parents bring their own baby seats since our company doesn’t provide child seats.


Service Error:

In the event of a vehicle breakdown or service error, Reliable Chauffeur will make every attempt to provide a replacement vehicle (may be through a third-party affiliate) that is equivalent to the original reservation. Reliable Chauffeur cannot be held liable for missed reservations/appointments due to a service error.
