1.  How can i make a reservation with Reliable Chauffeur?

  - There are three ways you can book a reservation with Reliable Chauffeur. First one is Online by filling the required information, Second would be over the phone booking with one of our 24/7 live agents (800-270-0079), and the third option would be by sending an email to booking@reliablechauffeur.com

2.  What information i need to provide to book a reservation?

  - The information that is required to make reservation are: First/Last name, Email, Phone Number, Pick Up Time/Date, Pick up and Drop Off locations, How many passenger will there be, Which type of vehicle would you prefer, Credit Card information.

3.  How much Notice is required to make a reservation?

  - We would recommend to make a reservation at least 12 hours before the pick up if it's within US. If you are booking overseas we would recommend at least 2-3 days before the pick up time. We are aware that plans change and that our clients need to make a reservation on a very short notice, our team will do their best to provide a chauffeur for your request. In many major cities we have a large supply of vehicles so even under 4 hours or as soon as possible have been fulfilled for our clients.

  - Reliable Chauffeur requires at least 2 hours of notice (USA & Canada for Sedans and SUVs, for special vehicles like Buses, Sprinters and Mercedes S class we require at least 48 hours notice) for the cancellation not to be billable. For overseas reservations we require at least 36 hour notice for the cancellation not be billable (48 hours or as agreed with local vendor if it's for special vehicles like Sprinters, Buses and Mercedes S class). If you are cancelling the booking with less notice than stated above cancellation fee will be charged.

5.  What payment methods do you accept?

  - Reliable Chauffeur accepts any major Credit Card (Master Card, Visa, American Express).

6.  When will you charge my Credit Card?

  - We pre-authorze the credit card for the entire amount and in some cases 20% additional for unexpected charges. Then we complete the charges after the reservation is completed.

7. In which cities we can use your services?

 - Due to our large network of affiliates we can provide professional services in any major city worldwide.

9.  Where do i meet my chauffeur at the airport?

  - We offer two types of meet options for our clients - Curbside and Inside Meet. By default our company is using inside meet option for all bookings unless clients request a curbside meet.
Inside Meet: Chauffeur will wait for you at Baggage Claim or Outside Customs with your name displayed on a greeting sign, he/she will help the client with luggage and lead he/she to the vehicle. This option doesn't have any additional charges only Airport Parking which is $5-$15 depending on the airport and wait time...
Curbside Meet: Once the chauffeur is on location he/she will text the client about the meet up point. Client just needs to get in touch with the chauffeur when to leave the limo stand and pick up the client outside the terminal (or specified pick up location requested by the client).

NOTE: Boston, Denver, and Toronto arrivals we recommend curbside meet because at these airport drivers are not allowed to enter the airport so the separate greeter would have to be assigned and price would be around $75-$80.

10.  Is it possible to have a car with the client for few hours?

  - Yes, you are able to book a vehicle for as many hours as you need. For these bookings we charge hourly. Hourly rates in Chicago are: Sedan $69.00 per hour, SUV $89.00 per hour, for all other cities and types of vehicles please send us an email and our dispatch team will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Please note that hourly bookings are charged "Garage to Garage".
